Home is located in The Cliffs, a gated community in Saint George, UT.  Other homes and empty building lots appear to be in an active rock fall zone at the base of sandstone cliffs.

Shenanigans of this scale this take either the active participation, or ignorance, of city planning staff, local politicians, developers and home purchasers.
